anything but complacent

The list continues...

From failing the military PT test, to beating world champion OCR athletes.

I’m no genetic lottery winner. I’ve struggled with running slow, body weight, managing time, being full time military/owning a company and having a family with teens, all at the same time.

Why have I never pulled the trigger on an OCR coach?
They’re all high level athletes with years and sometimes decades of professional competition or collegiate racing under them, even prior to OCR. So what’s my hold up? That’s my hold up!

If I’m looking to grow my calves , I want the guy that had calves like mine first (tiny). And THEN figured out how to grow theirs.

This isn’t a dig on any of these amazing coaches/athletes.

But, if your like me and are looking for someone that climbed that mountain through all the rough terrain. (Age, work, entrepreneurship, family etc.)

Feel free to reach out!
